Party for Maintenance (TPM)
in each different region worldwide
to provide dynamic, localized, and professional
after-sale service. Further, the TPM is
also enhanced by a fully integrated E-platform
-- Field Service System
(FSS) that enables our global customers
to check status of each service request
promptly from one single interface. The
FSS, by linking to the ERP (Enterprise Resource
Planning) of the engineering and manufacturing
sides, not only strengthens our capabilities
in engineering, industrial design, and manufacture,
but also attains more complete customer
feedback to fulfill our goal of “Design
for Service & Design for Excellence”.
It is through the complete supply chain
network that customers can obtain better
time efficiency, solve arduous problems
like service management and spare parts
logistic management, and consequently simplify
management procedure and lower cost, reaching
a win-win situation for both customer and
us.
